Pinellas County launched this program to help storm-impacted residents transition from renting to owning. The assistance can help cover:

 

  • Up to 100% of required down payment

  • Reasonable closing costs

  • Mortgage financing support

 

The program is available to income-eligible renters who do not currently own another home and can qualify for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage.

⚠️ Applications are processed on a first-come, first-processed basis. Once funds are committed, the program pauses.
