2. Introducing the My Hometown Heroes Grant Program:
The My Hometown Heroes Grant Program is an exciting initiative aimed at acknowledging and supporting local heroes in our community. The program provides financial grants up to $25,000 in aid for their new first mortgage, equivalent to 5% of the loan amount.
3. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the My Hometown Heroes Grant, applicant must be active professionals in roles such as firefighters, police officers, teachers, healthcare workers, or other community service providers. Credit score must be at least 640 to qualify for this program.
The loan is only available for primary residence, and maximum income limit of $123,150.
