Late File Processing - Submission - 48 hrs

Policy requires that files shall be submitted for review within 48 hours of having a complete Listing, Sales or Closing folder. 

A complete file is when you have all the company required documents you will likely get for that stage of the process.

You have failed to meet this company requirement on multiple occasions. To ensure you have a full and complete understanding of company policies and procedures regarding compliant files, you are required to attend day 2 of Fresh Start within the next 60 days. Failure to complete this training in the allotted time may jeopardize your future with Capstone Realty & Associates.
