10. BOARD AGREEMENTS
It is imperative that major disagreements be removed from the organization so that all can progress quickly towards the ideal scenes.
From time-to-time there is a “major thorn” disagreement one Board Member may have with another or there could be a “stalemate” over an issue at hand. In either case, decisions need to be made as quickly as possible so production can continue without stuck flows.
When an issue arises of this nature for a Board Member, recourse can be addressed as follows:
- Written dispatch including a solution for the disagreement at hand to the correct terminal which should include applicable references to the company issue, policy, procedures, admin scale, org board, terms, etc. in which the disagreement is with.
- If not handled, then a Board hearing and vote can be requested
- If still not handled, then a 3rd party resolution / mediation forum - mutually agreed upon - can be convened to address the issue
The purpose is to eliminate major disagreements within the group Executive Strata and provide a method to resolve them quickly so the group can continue to move towards its stated goals and objectives without erroneous barriers from within the group itself.
