    8. EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA

The Board of Directors determines Executive Council (EC) membership. The time and day of EC meetings is determined by the ED. Council members as needed can call emergency meetings.  Participants should come prepared with bp’s, csw’s, programs, etc as EC members are responsible for the Financial Planning (FP), solvency (cash greater than bills) and general operations of the company. It is the primary coordination point for senior management, which ensures expansion, delivery and exchange of VFP’s. EC also evaluates the production of each division and assigns conditions based on the previous week's statistics.

Unless an actual emergency; new situations that arise during the normal course of a week should be handled with appropriate programs, csw’s, etc. at the next meeting so old programs are focused upon first. The following is a rough “AGENDA” for EC meetings, time should be spent on items that forward the objectives of the company as outlined above – not on things that could be handled by juniors, dev-t, family matters, etc.

  • Review of EC, VP & Divisional statistics
  • Condition assignments & handlings
  • Written proposals
  • Program Target Tracking
  • New program implementation
  • Flaps & Handlings (solutions)
  • Old Business
  • New Business
  • Miscellaneous

Written Proposals include but are not limited to: Csw’s, Company policies, New pilots, Long range planning proposals, Executive appointments, Programs, and Other miscellaneous situations needing to be addressed

Written for and approved by EC and the Board of Directors.
