    9. TECHNOLOGIES SECURITY

Our collectively developed technologies are extremely valuable and not intended for broad public dissemination. That would be basically like Colonel Sanders giving out his “secret recipe” for Kentucky Fried Chicken – which by the way is locked away somewhere in a very safe place.

Our hats are our Power and need to be protected from competition. Each staff member and IMC sign non-compete agreements and affidavits protecting this information.

Our delivery technologies are proprietary and need to be protected at all costs as there are plenty of other ambitious individuals out there that would love to take this tech and utilize it for their own personal gains. Our technical delivery technologies are not needed to sell our products, thus mass distribution can only jeopardize our company’s well being.

THE BASIC TECHNOLOGIES ARE NOT TO BE ROUTED IN TO THE HATS OR HANDS OF IMC’S OR OTHER STAFF, PUBLIC, VENDORS, ETC.

All developed technologies are to be properly written up and approved as Directives and submitted to the Keeper of the Tech (“KOT”) in Department 21. Those individuals needing access to Capstone technologies outside of their Division should submit requests to KOT.

All staff needing access to our procedural directives are to sign security affidavits prior to receiving access to Capstone technologies. Collection, safeguarding, trademarking, copyrighting, and distribution of developed proprietary Capstone technologies are the hats of the KOT.

Written for and approved by EC and the Board of Directors.
